Product Presentation & Pricing

The product images provided do not fully and absolutely depict the products with complete clarity. The listed prices do not include installation costs for the products or conventional light bulbs.

Order Placement & Payment Terms

    Orders are placed upon written notification to the company and require an advance payment of 50% of the agreed purchase value. Payments should be made to the following bank account: IBAN: GR 51 0140 9930 9930 0233 0002 262, Alpha Bank (SWIFT/BIC: CRBAGRAA), with the beneficiary being RICHE Mon. Ltd.

      Estimated Delivery Time

      The usual estimated delivery time for products is 5–6 weeks from the order date, but this does not constitute a binding commitment by the company. The specific delivery time depends on the manufacturer’s delivery schedule. Delivery times may be extended during Christmas, Easter, and August.

      Shipping & Delivery

      1. For orders below this amount or deliveries outside Attica, the company delivers products to a transport agency of the customer’s choice, which is responsible for final delivery, with all costs and risks borne by the customer.

      3. If a lifting mechanism is required for delivery, the cost is borne by the customer.

      To initiate shipping and delivery, customers must fully settle the remaining 50% of their order’s total value. For partial deliveries, full payment is required for the products being delivered, while 50% of the remaining products’ value remains as a deposit.

      If a customer fails to collect their order within 10 days of notification of order completion, storage fees will apply based on the logistics warehouse rates.

      Ownership Transfer

      Ownership of the products remains with the company until full and complete payment has been received, and delivery has been made to the customer.

      Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

      Inspection & Claims

      Customers must inspect received products immediately and notify the company via email at [email protected] within 5 calendar days of receipt regarding any defects or concerns, including photographic evidence.

      After this period, the company assumes no responsibility for product defects. If the issue is reported within the given timeframe and verified by the manufacturer, the defective product will be replaced.

      Inspection & Claims

      By placing an order, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and waives any right to dispute them for any reason.

      Terms of Invoice & Delivery Notes

      1. Returns are only accepted for exhibition products within 5 days of purchase.
      2. The customer has inspected the product prior to purchase and confirmed its condition, waiving any claims for defects.
      3. No refunds are provided; instead, customers may exchange their returned products for others of equal value from the company.
      4. By receiving this document, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.

      2. No part of the provided files, in whole or in part, may be used or displayed by any third party in a manner that violates Greek, EU, or international copyright laws.
      3. Recipients of these designs do not acquire any rights over ideas or concepts presented but ultimately not selected as part of the final work.
