RICHE at the LIT Lighting Design Awards Ceremony
RICHE | Beyond Darkness proudly announces its distinction as Winner at the LIT Lighting Design Awards 2025 in the category Interior Architectural Illumination.
The award recognizes the lighting design of the VIP Entrance and Lounge of PAO BC at OAKA Stadium, a landmark project led by Lead Designer Markos Vouzounerakis. Through a carefully orchestrated lighting concept, the project transforms the space into an immersive architectural experience, where light becomes a defining element of identity, atmosphere, and emotional presence.
As described in the official award submission, the concept enhances the architecture while creating “an atmosphere reminiscent of a temple, imbued with grandeur and reverence.” The result is a space that balances prestige, intimacy, and ceremonial intensity, reflecting both the legacy of PAO BC and the elevated character of the VIP experience.
The project integrates state-of-the-art LED technology, delivering precision, visual comfort, and energy efficiency. Its sustainable approach demonstrates how advanced lighting design can serve not only aesthetics and spatial storytelling, but also long-term environmental responsibility.
